Before you begin
Setup fee: The standard setup fee is $200 + GST and is payable at sign-up unless waived or discounted under an approved promotion.
Monthly plan: Your monthly plan starts from your go-live date and is billed monthly in advance.
Overage: Additional AI call minutes are billed after the monthly billing period at the rate for your selected plan: Starter $0.69/min + GST, Growth $0.59/min + GST, Pro $0.49/min + GST.
No lock-in contracts: You can cancel your monthly plan by giving 7 days' written notice.
You will be able to review and test your AI agent before it goes live.
Promotion available: Setup fee may be waived or discounted with an approved promo code or written offer from Kaelo Agents.
